STANDARD SERVICES

Letters & Logos Inc. has the capabilities to do many types of custom work with many different types of materials, such as: backlit faces with or without push-through letters, inlaid letters of plex or Formica, prismatic letters or logos of any shape or size, prototype work from cad-cam systems, high-volume production work in plastics or PVC foam. We can provide any installation hardware your project may require, including VHB tape or studs, and can create pen patterns to insure your spacing is accurate. Logos and Routed Signage

All logos and routed signage are custom. For an accurate quote, please fax (618) 283-9563 or email us your artwork (.eps or .ai file) with the dimensions and materials required, and a quote will be returned to you.

Pricing

All projects are priced on an individual basis which takes into account not only the size of the letters themselves but the amount of material needed to complete them. Please call our Sales Department at 1-800-458-1856 with your project requirements. Prices subject to change without notice.

Quotes

Requests for a quote are taken in the order received. Every effort is made to return quotes the same day. If that is not possible, your quote will be returned the next business morning.

Orders and Confirmations

All orders are required in writing and may be either faxed (618-283-9563) or e-mailed to our office. To place an order based on an estimate we have provided, that estimate must be signed, dated and faxed or e-mailed back to us. A signature approval is required. No verbal quotes, orders, or approvals will be taken. You will be notified upon receipt of any artwork. Please review all estimates and prints carefully before signing off for production. Production will not begin until we have received a signed confirmation.

There is a minimum order charge of $100 plus shipping charges on unpainted projects.

For painted projects, the minimum order charge is $150 plus shipping.

Payment Options

• C.O.D. – Cashiers check or Money Order only.
• Credit Card - For you convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All relevant credit card information must be provided at time of order to begin processing.
• Credit - To establish credit, a credit application must be completed and approved. Please call or e-mail our Sales Department and an application will be faxed or e-mailed to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks to complete processing of your application. Customers with established credit are expected to pay within the Net 30-day terms by business check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted.
• Projects estimated at $500 or more and projects with special order materials. – A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Balance due Net 30 days where credit is established, or charged to AMEX, VISA, MC or Discover.

Paint

Metallic gold and silver paint carry a charge of an extra ten percent (10%). A color number is required. We accept PMS numbers, One-Shot, Chromatic, Matthews, and Sherwin Williams color numbers. References to vinyl numbers are not acceptable. Please keep in mind that PMS numbers are ink colors and on occasion a perfect match will not be possible. All paint used is exterior grade.

An additional charge is applied on all multi-color projects and on all projects requiring Matthews paints. Foam and Ultraboard projects requiring Matthews paints involve the application of a special primer and a further additional charge applies. Turnaround

Standard turnaround time is two (2) business weeks. This does not include shipping time. A faster turnaround is available at an extra charge. Please call for information.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you prefer another shipping method, please let us know at time of your order. Those orders too large for UPS or FedEx will be shipped via Freight. All freighted orders have a $50 crate charge. All Freight charges are Freight Collect.
